Irresistible Sisters, LLC (IS) welcomes customers who are dissatisfied with their fashions upon arrival may exchange the items. There will be NO CASH BACK, EXCHANGES ONLY. Fashions must be received by Irresistible Sisters no later than 14 days after customers have received the items. For example; if you received your order on Feb 14th and you would like to return it, add 14 days to the 14th , which means that you have until the 28th of February to ensure that your item has arrived at Irresistible Sisters. No exceptions. All items must be in perfect condition and not worn. Leave the tag on the item if you plan to exchange it. Make sure to fold it neatly and place it in the Irresistible poly bag. If the items are not in perfect condition, it will be returned to you. You must complete the return form below and submit it along with the new style number that you would like to have sent to you. The new item must be the exact price of the item you return, because again, there are NO CASH BACK, EXCHANGES ONLY.  If you can't locate an item at the exact price of your original item you may select a higher price item, BUT YOU MUST PAY THE DIFFERENCE. You must make your new order online in addition to completing the return form. Customers are responsible for their items' return and new items shipping costs. Make sure you check with UPS and Fedex to ensure that your items will arrive on time. Irresistible Sisters LLC, is not responsible for items not received on time. If it is not received on time, your items will be returned to you.You will be responsible for your return shipping cost. Irresistible Sisters will have up to 1-2 weeks to ship your new order out. You will be advised when the items are shipped via email.
